The Euston venue was perfect and everyone commented how they liked this venue better than our previous one (Westminster).The staff was friendly and extremely helpful; they were also prompt with the food servings. I think had we have paid a little extra for more than just sandwiches and fruit and had a little sweet (cakes, pastries) to save on the afternoon slump (that’s just my comment as no one else complained), it would have been perfect. All in all we were very happy and will certainly be using you again.

Only a small detail if you don't mind me highlighting: the vegetarian sandwiches should be put on a plate on their own; some people can be a bit fussy about it. The training went very well. The central location for people coming from all points around the South East was great and the staff who greeted us and helped us in the room were excellent. The facilities in the building, access to the café and the roof garden for lunch break was appreciated by all.

The room itself was not totally conducive to our training needs but this is not a reflection on your facility or staff. The AV was very good but for the numbers we had we would have benefited from a larger room set out in more informal round table so that discussion and practice sessions could have worked better. This is simply something for us to bear in mind in future.
